Sara Lutz Pet Services, LLC provides overnight pet sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking & pet taxi services for pet owners in the Charlottesville, Virginia and nearby surrounding areas. 

Sara Lutz Pet Services, LLC does not have a physical location. Pet sitters employed by Sara Lutz Pet Services, LLC are dispactched from multiple surrounding Charlottesville areas to provide services needed for pet owners. 

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC provides pet sitting services for the entire Charlottesville area, as well as Ruckersville, Earlysville, Crozet, Afton, Nellysford, Wintergreen, North Garden, Covesville, Palmyra, Waynesboro, Fishersville, Staunton, Verona, as well as other smaller nearby areas. Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC provides a multitude of services for pet owners and their pets: 

• Overnight pet sitting where the pet sitter stays with your pets in the pet owners home. 

• 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute drop-in visits that can be scheduled multiple times per day.

• 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute dog walks.

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC also offers:

• 4-6 hour day care in the owners home in case you need someone to keep your pet company while your gone for the day or attending a wedding or other day/night event.

• 4 hour Doggy Day Outing where your sitter can take your pet for a day outing to a local swimming hole, play park, or for a nice long hike.

Going out of town unexpectedly? Your regular pet sitter canceled on you at the last minute? Need to extend your trip for a few days? Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC is able to fulfill last minute requests whenever needed.

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC allows you to either pay before services are rendered or up until the day AFTER services have ended. A $5 per day late fee is added to the total owed invoice if invoice is not paid by this date. 

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC offers a FREE in-home consultation before beginning your first service. This is to ensure it is a good fit and for everyone to be able to get to know each other. We will often have you meet with two sitters during your Meet & Greet; one being your primary sitter, the second being a backup sitter, just in case. That way you never have to stress about your sitter canceling on you- care for your pet is always guaranteed!

You can cancel your services with Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC at any time! Free of charge!

During pet sitting over major national holidays and the summer period between June 1-Sept 10th or for pet sitting reservations that are longer than 20 days in length, the Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC cancellation policy is as follows:

• 15 or more days’ notice for cancellation prior to reservation: No cancellation fees!

• 7-14 days’ notice for cancellation: 50 % of invoiced services will still be charged to client. 

• 6 or fewer days’ notice for cancellation: 100% invoiced services will be charged to client.

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC is ensured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates. You can verify this on their website. 

Sara Lutz Pet Services LLC's professional pet sitters will keep you updated through our Pet Journal where they can share their pets visits with you, and send notes and pictures of your pet. Dog walks include GPS tracking so you can follow your pets route and adventures throughout your neighborhood. 

Pet Journals include:

• Sitter arrival and departure times. 

• Bathroom, food, and water updates.

• Photos, videos and personal written notes from your sitter.

• GPS tracking for all dog walks and pet taxi services.
